Raanan was amazing a proverbial ram in the thicket! We arrived at home from the airport to find our front door lock handle fall off as we tried to enter our home. Where can you find a locksmith at 430 pm on a Sunday afternoon. Raanan wasn’t working but online at the thumbtack app. We actually couldn’t contact him until booking an appointment which was Monday afternoon that was booked. We immediately contacted him as an emergency booking. He agreed to come an solve our situation although 40 minutes away. He arrived and fixed our door in 30 minutes with a brand new door handle. 10 stars for Raanan!
